A Day in the life of Mukta Sablok

A MOMENT LASTS ALL OF A SECOND, 

BUT THE MEMORY LIVES ON FOREVER.

 

Everyone has a memorable day in their lives. Same like I also have a special day and the most memorable day of my life.

Being an educator , I seldom get time to spend with my family. So finally today my summer vacations are started and I was super excited  and feeling on top of the world. 

First Hour of my day : 

I started my day with a  cup of tea 🍵 and newspaper headlines. It's a day  without any tension of getting ready for the school, making breakfast for my family, so I plan an outing with my 14 years old son and my husband.  

Later Half of the day :

After finishing my house hold work we went to Janpath Market , which is located in the Connaught Place area of  New Delhi, which is one of the largest shopping centers in New Delhi. We get everything there at a very low price. We enjoyed shopping there. I brought a dream catcher. It was very colourful and made up of feathers and beads. 

After shopping my husband and son wanted to drink coffee. So we decided to go to Baristha, one of the most famous Outlets of coffee. I ordered cappuccino coffee and my husband and my son order cold coffee with ice cream. We had some cookies and sandwiches. Coffee was so aromatic and delicious and cookies and sandwiches were so tempting.

After having coffee, we went to watch a movie at PVR.  The movie was an epic, a historical movie. This movie not only entertain us but also brushed up our knowledge. In the interval we had popcorns and Pepsi.

At night we went to the revolving restaurant (Parikrama). There is no any other revolving restaurant  in Delhi. Parikrama is at the highest point (240 feet) than any other restaurant in India and the restaurant covers two floors, 24th floor and 25th floor. We reached to the 24th floor for the revolving part. The best time to visit Parikrama is at night. So we came here. We saw the glittering view of the city of New Delhi, from such a great height. We felt as if the outside scenes as seen from the window of the dining hall, are changing after every 5 - 10 minutes or so. The movement of the restaurant is slow but noticeable. After taking dinner at Parikrama , we returned back to our home. 

It was an amazing experience for us.
